STEPS IN CARPET CLEANING: When our technicians arrive we will first walk though your house and go over the written estimate that was prepared for you. After we have completed our walkthrough we will unload our equipment and begin. Here are the steps that you can expect to see on each and every job we do.

WHAT TO DO: Before we get there: Move furniture out of area to be cleaned.
When we arrive: Go over estimate with technician and / or show us the area(s) you would like cleaned.
While we are there: Watch the rotovac in action

After we leave: Get as much air circulating as possible to speed up the drying process (fans, open windows, etc.)Try and stay off the carpet as much as possible for first four hours (especially with dirty shoes or feet
Move furniture back. If carpet is still a little damp put foil under legs to ensure furniture wont leave rust marks on carpet
Fill out customer satisfaction survey (will arrive in the mail a couple of days after we complete our work.
