How Jobs are estimated:

There are many different variables that go into providing an estimate to a customer.  There are some basic factors that are always calculated in but there are also some additional factors, which can affect an estimate.

That is why we always suggest having C3 perform an onsite estimate to avoid any problems that can arise with doing an estimate over the phone.

In most cases we can give you a close “ballpark” estimate over the phone, but due o the many different circumstances which cleaning can involve we cannot give you an official price quote until we are on location.

Conditions and Terms:
All of our written estimates are valid for 30-days from the date indicated on the form.  If the date on your estimate has been more than 30 days we will be more than happy to provide you with an up-to-date estimate.  In most cases the new estimate will be very close to the original estimate.  We just need to be able to adjust with some of the dynamic factors of the economy (i.e. gas prices, labor wages, etc.)
