Q: What method of carpet cleaning do you do?
A: We use hot water extraction

Q: What type of chemicals will be used on my carpets?
A: We use a very mild detergent called RPM. The hot water and the Rotovac is what does the majority of the cleaning.

Q: What is a Rotovac?
A: The Rotovac is a specially designed carpet cleaning and restoration system. It allows your carpet to be cleaned from many directions simultaneously. A traditional wand will clean your carpet in 2 ways (back and forth). The Rotovac has to spinning heads that clean your carpet with 1500 mechanized injection/extraction cleaning passes per minute.

Q: Will the residue from the chemical cause my carpet to pick up dirt?
A: No, we only put chemical on as a pre-spray and rinse with hot clean water.

Q: Why don’t you have a machine mounted in the van?
A: We use a portable extractor as opposed to a truck mount extractor. We chose a portable over a truck mount mainly because of its portability and the ability to go into a house and shut the door behind us. It also helps us to protect your trim, floorboards, and doors, which could get nicked by running a vacuum hose though your entire house.

Q: Do you have a minimum?
A: We do have a minimum Job total of $50 dollars. We have set this minimum just based on that amount of labor and fuel cost before we even begin to clean your carpet. We have found that about 90% of the jobs that we estimate are above the minimum and it isn’t even a concern.

Q: Are you the Cheapest?
A: No. To be quite honest we are not the cheapest service on the market. The Rotovac gives us an advantage with the quality of cleaning that we do, but on of the drawbacks to the system is that it takes us a bit longer to clean your carpet than our competition. Our focus has always been quality not quantity. We can promise that we are competitively priced and provide an excellent service that is worth every cent.

Q: What does “and more” mean?
